1. Use an Anonymous or Semi-Anonymous Identity

You do not need to post under your legal name. Use an anonymous handle unless you are certain you want to be known publicly.

Do not post your address, phone number, workplace, school, exact location, court details, or identifying information about your family or other people.

2. Know What Is Public

Onboarding answers, private journals, and reset reflections are private by default. Community posts and comments are visible to other members.

Other members may be able to copy, screenshot, repeat, or misuse something you post. Do not post anything you cannot tolerate another person seeing.

3. No Explicit Sexual Content

Porn recovery can be discussed honestly without posting explicit sexual details, images, links, fantasies, descriptions, or triggering content.

4. No Drug Sourcing or Illegal Instructions

Do not ask for, offer, describe, link to, or coordinate drug sourcing, illegal activity, evasion of law enforcement, or instructions that could help someone harm themselves or others.

5. No Harassment, Predatory Behavior, or Exploitation

Do not shame, threaten, manipulate, pursue, sexually pressure, recruit, or exploit another member. Vulnerability is not an invitation to control someone.

6. No Medical Claims or Unsafe Advice

Members may share personal experience, but do not tell another member to stop medication, ignore withdrawal symptoms, reject professional help, or treat Fall Seven X as medical care.

Alcohol, benzodiazepine, opioid, and other substance withdrawal can be dangerous. Seek qualified medical guidance.

7. No Shaming Relapses

Accountability is direct. Shame is not the method. If a member falls, the goal is truth, safety, repair, and getting back up.

8. Report Unsafe Content

Report content that includes self-harm threats, violence, predatory behavior, explicit content, drug sourcing, harassment, or personal identifying information.

Fall Seven X may remove content, restrict accounts, or contact appropriate services when needed to protect safety.

9. Crisis Notice

Fall Seven X is not crisis counseling. If you are in immediate danger, considering self-harm, experiencing overdose risk, severe withdrawal, violence, or another emergency, call emergency services immediately. In the United States, call or text 988 for suicide and crisis support.

10. The Standard

Tell the truth. Protect privacy. Take responsibility. Do not make another man’s struggle harder.
